Registration

Due to the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) policies, all delegates are required only to register online.

Main Conference Registration Fee

• All delegates must strictly follow all the instructions to pay all fees (in Singapore Dollars) before they are allowed to enter the conference & exhibition areas.
• Full-day registration includes two (2) tea breaks and one (1) lunch daily and entry to the exhibition areas.
• Main Conference registration fees do not include Pre-Conference Workshop.

Local Trainee – Non-Specialist Main Conference Registration Fee

Local Trainees – Non-Specialist are required to upload a scanned copy of the Trainee status proof (e.g., a letter issued by their Head of Department/Training supervisor) at the end of the registration process. Please contact the Secretariat should there be any difficulty in obtaining the necessary information. The proof document must be in English and contain minimally the following information:

• Local Trainee full name.
• The letter is issue and sign/endorse by their Head of Department and written on the Hospital’s letterhead.

Doctor (College of Surgeons, Singapore Member only) Waiver of Main Conference Registration Fee

The waiver of the Main Conference registration fee for Doctor (College of Surgeons, Singapore Member only) is subject to approval by the Organising Committee. Once approved, an email will be sent to confirm your registration.

Pre-Conference Workshop Registration Fee

• Registration for pre-conference workshop is only opened exclusively to the ASEAN-LHC 2025 Main Conference delegates.
  • Registration for Hands-on Lap Liver is only opened exclusively to Doctor / Trainee (Specialist, Non-HPBAS Member), Local Trainee (Non-Specialist), Doctor (HPBAS Member) and Doctor (College of Surgeons, Singapore Member only).
  • Registration for Hands-on Robot Pancreas is only opened exclusively to Doctor / Trainee (Specialist, Non-HPBAS Member), Doctor (HPBAS Member) and Doctor (College of Surgeons, Singapore Member only).
  • Registration for Free Roaming Observer is open to all registration types.
• Registration for pre-conference workshop is subject to review by the Organising Committee and will be reviewed on a first-come-first-serve basis.
  • Registrants will be contacted via email for further details.
  • Please kindly wait for confirmation of acceptance before arranging travel plans, as there are limited slots.
  • For unsuccessful registrants, they will be notified by email. The workshop fee will be fully refunded within 60 days after the main conference ends.
• Pre-workshop cancellation by Organiser

The organiser reserves the right to cancel the pre-conference workshop if the number of sign-ups falls below the expected level. In such cases, the workshop fee will be fully refunded within 60 days after the main conference ends.

Gala Dinner

Gala Dinner is exclusively reserved for invited guests.

Confirmation of Registration

• Once payment has been cleared, you will receive an email.
• Please include and state your email address clearly during the registration process.

Language

The official language is English. No simultaneous interpretations will be available.

Payment by credit card, inter-bank transfers and telegraphic transfer/WIRED:

• Based on the procedures stated below, all registrations must be fully paid in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
• All payments paid by credit card MUST be made online.
• All telegraphic transfers (TT/WIRED) should be made payable to “HPBA SINGAPORE” in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

About Payment Transaction Clearance Charge & Goods and Services Tax (GST).

• For payment made by credit card, the admin clearance fee of 6% is exclusive to the rate.
• For payment made by local interbank transfer, there will be no bank transaction clearance fee.
• For payments made via outward Telegraphic Transfer (TT/WIRED) from a foreign bank, delegates must include a bank transaction clearance fee of SGD 50.00 per transaction in the total amount payable to “HPBA SINGAPORE”. If there is a shortfall due to the omission of this fee, the outstanding amount must be settled before your registration is considered complete.
• The above fees are subject to prevailing Good & Services Tax (GST), currently charged at 9%.

The ASEAN-LHC 2025 name badge must always be worn during the conference. Access to the ASEAN-LHC 2025 venue will not be granted without the name badge issued by the Conference. If a delegate loses, misplaces or forgets to bring the name badge, a handling fee of SGD150/- will be charged for a new name badge. The lost badge will be deactivated and become invalid upon handing out a new name badge.

Registered delegates who require a letter of invitation to attend the ASEAN-LHC 2025 should write to the Conference Secretariat of the ASEAN-LHC 2025. Please note that a letter of invitation should not be considered an official invitation covering fees and other expenses. Letter of invitation will only be issued upon receipt of a fully-paid registration. Letter of Invitation can ONLY be issued to delegates attending the ASEAN-LHC 2025.

Entry Visa to Singapore

Registered delegates who require a visa to enter Singapore must apply for their visa four weeks before the ASEAN-LHC 2025 date. The registered delegates must have a valid visa and the necessary documents before departing for Singapore.

Please note that all visitors to Singapore must meet the following entry requirements:

• Valid travel document (minimum validity = 6 months)
• Onward/ return ticket;
• Entry facilities to next destination;
• Sufficient funds to stay in Singapore and

• Visa applications for registered delegates before they arrive in Singapore
• Personal accidents, loss or damage to private properties of the registered delegates during ASEAN-LHC 2025.

Delegates are responsible for making their own personal insurance arrangements.

Data Protection and Sharing of Contact Details

Respecting and keeping your data safe is of utmost importance to us. Please be assured that if your personal data is collected, used, or disclosed to organise and execute ASEAN-LHC 2025, we will protect it as required under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and other relevant legislation.

In addition, the ASEAN-LHC 2025 Organisers and its Conference Secretariat will periodically send e-mailers to all delegates regarding activities at the ASEAN-LHC 2025 or other communications that may be of interest, unless otherwise explicitly stated indicated by the delegate on the registration form.

Suppose a delegate has opted to receive newsletters/e-mailers; he/she can opt out at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” option.  Please note that information and updates about ASEAN-LHC 2025 will not be sent to the delegate by opting out. It is the duty and responsibility of the delegate to check the website or write to the Conference Secretariat regularly for updates.
